Fit Women Stay Strong
(Formaly known as W.O.W. — Women on Weights)
WOW is a group weight training class for women with or without strength-training experience. If you are interested in resistance training and like the atmosphere of group fitness, this class is for you. You will learn the correct way to weight train by utilizing strength machines and free weights in our fitness center. Join Fitness Instuctor / Personal Trainer Jan Crawford for an hour total body conditioning.

N'BALANCE specifically and systematically focuses on improving the multiple factors involved in our balance system, particularly among older adults.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi orginates from ancient China and is still practiced around the world as an effective exercise for health. Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation consists of gentle, fluid movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Breathing is slowed, aiding visual and mental concentration.

Commit to Be Fit
12-week personalized exercise program that is geared toward any individual who hasn't ever exercised, hasn't exercised in quite awhile or maybe just needs a little extra motivation. Each member will have four one-on-one appointments over a 12 week period with a personal fitness coach. You will meet and discuss your personal goals with your fitness coach. Triathlon Training
Set a Goal and Train for Triathlons, Sprints, and Duathlons Competition with a certified Coach. The Garden Ranch YMCA Triathlon Training program is designed to condition and strengthen individuals for triathlon competition. Geared initially toward the beginning triathlete, overall emphasis will be on the goal of completing the three disciplines of Triathlon consecutively; swim, bike and run. Pedagogy will consist of technique, pacing, endurance and form. Testing will determine the readiness and subsequent preparation of each individual athlete. Additional components will focus on nutrition, equipment, and open water swimming. Training sessions are 8 weeks and led by our very own world class triathlete and certified triathlon coach.

Drop-in is open to previous Triathlon Training participates only. A minimum of 5 participants are required for each Triathlon Session. Sessions will be cancelled or combined as needed
