Family Fun Events
Begining January 2008 the Garden Ranch Family YMCA will begin offering monthly Family Fun Events! These events are open to all members of the Garden Ranch community. Activities include crafts, climbing wall, pool slide, pool games and many more fun family activities. Times and dates vary, click to download a schedule of dates and times, or call us at 593-9622.

Triathlon Training
The Garden Ranch Triathlon Training program is designed to condition and strength individuals for triathlon competition. Geared initially toward the beginning triathlete, overall emphasis will be on the goal of completing the three disciplines of a Triathlon consecutively; swim, bike and run.
Training sessions are month to month and they are led by our very own world class triathlete and certified triathlon coach, Lynne Fonda. For more information call us at 593-9622 or click to download a flyer.

Y Active (formerly Kid Fit)
Y Active is a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive fitness and wellness program combining strength and cardiovascular exercise with nutrition and wellness education. Y Active teaches children that exercising is fun and provides nutritional education lessons on healthy eating habits. This FREE program is open to the public, is available to students ages 5–11 years, and is designed to allow each child to be successful in exercise. Classes are on going, call the Garden Ranch Family YMCA to find out sessions dates and further information. Y Active is open to both members and non-members. Call 593-9622 to register for the next session.
